How does it work?
- The 24×7 Team will always answer the telephone with your “AGENCY NAME- Afterhours”
- 24×7 will arrange access to your GDS and back office system
- The team will action as per the policies set out by your office, we become an extension of your office
- The team will constantly communicate with your office what actions have been performed.
- Reports are sent to your office weekly and at the end of the month.
The process for set up takes approximately 2 weeks.
We have several different models depending on the needs of your business. We have:
- “Lazy Weekend Package” which covers Fri – Mon only
- “Gold Package” which covers all year round
Note that both the above options do not include National Holidays, which are charged at an extra cost.
- “Platinum package” which covers all year round, this package is tailored for the frequent user and it does include all National Holidays.
Each of these options is set up with different pricing depending on what you feel your business requires. You do have the flexibility of changing models at any time.

- The team operate between 5.30pm and 0830am EST ( 0800am WST )Monday to Friday and 24 hours a day Saturday and Sunday, plus all Public Holidays
- 24×7 Solutions provide you with a phone number to either divert your phones to or give directly to your clients
- We access your client database and systems via the internet including working live in your CRS pseudo city
